This Privacy Policy applies to the website go-saloon.com and related booking communications operated by Ritesh Kumar trading as Go Saloon (“we”, “us”). We provide salon, grooming, and spa services.

Name and phone number when you book or message us (including via WhatsApp).
Appointment details: service, date, time, and payment status.
Email address if you choose to contact us by email.
Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited (standard website logs).

How we use information

To schedule, confirm, remind, or cancel salon appointments.
To send payment links for salon bookings and services only (processed by Razorpay).
To respond to enquiries and improve our services.

Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our website. Charges relate only to salon appointments and in-salon services.

If you book or chat via WhatsApp, Meta’s WhatsApp terms and privacy policy also apply. We use your WhatsApp number only for booking-related messages unless you ask for something else.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with payment providers (e.g. Razorpay) and infrastructure providers needed to run bookings, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep booking records as long as needed for salon operations, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them where practical.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data via our Contact page, subject to legal retention needs.
