Refund & Cancellation

How cancellations and refunds work for Go Saloon appointments.

This policy applies to salon bookings with Go Saloon. Online payments are only for salon bookings and services.

Cancelling an appointment

  • Cancel or reschedule via WhatsApp or phone as early as you can.
  • We request at least 6 hours’ notice before your appointment time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may mean fees are not refunded.

Refunds (if you paid online)

  • With adequate notice, eligible online payments are refunded to the original method where applicable.
  • Bank / UPI / card timelines often take a few business days.
  • Services already delivered in full are generally non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Subject to availability, we will help you move your appointment instead of cancelling.
