These Terms apply to go-saloon.com and salon bookings with Ritesh Kumar trading as Go Saloon (“we”, “us”). By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Go Saloon provides hair, grooming, spa, and related beauty services. Online payments and WhatsApp bookings are only for salon appointments and in-salon services.

Bookings

• Provide accurate name and phone details when booking.
• Appointment times are confirmed subject to availability.
• We may reschedule if a stylist is unavailable; we will notify you where possible.

Pricing & payments

• Website prices are indicative and may change.
• The amount due is confirmed at booking or at the salon.
• Online payments (when offered) are processed by Razorpay for salon bookings/services only.

Cancellations & refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. As a guide, cancellations with at least 6 hours’ notice are handled more favourably. Refund policy
